Residential

  • Simple Home Updates: Projects have including new window treatments, updated lighting, individual room paint selection, refinishing and reupholstering single furniture pieces, established organization and storage solutions, prep for sale and more.
  • Full House Remodels: Working with clients and contractors, assisted in selecting all finishes for house remodels from counter tops and backsplashes to hand railing and lighting. Manage timelines, vendor lists, sources and budget.
  • Single Room Focused Projects: Identify style, storage and function needs to help individual rooms reflect needs of the homeowner.
  • Bathroom Remodels: Bathroom projects from simple updates to complete remodels, from budget driven jobs to long-term investment approaches.
  • New House/Move In: Developed whole house paint schemes and established furniture and art placement for existing pieces, that enabled clients to move into their new homes with a sense of style and order.

Commercial/Retail

  • Small Commercial Lobby (San Francisco, CA): Developed plan for a quick and inexpensive update to a small commercial lobby space in downtown. Plans including new elevator lobby panels, carpet, lobby accent lighting, paint and custom wall mounted company directory.
  • Studio Knit (retail, Mill Valley, CA): Working with the client's plan for a fresh concept in knitting retail, established space plan, including dedicated classroom and lounge, and sourced all furniture and finishes. Designed custom cabinetry, wrap desk and displays.
  • Peekabootique (retail, San Francisco, CA): Helped create a new signature look for an older, existing retail business. Established color palette, retail space layout and sales displays.

Hospitality

  • Museum Parc (San Francisco, CA): Working with the building's Architectural Review Committee, established a high-end residential look for the lobby of this SOMA neighborhood condo (2006-2007); developed plan, specifications and detailed budget to extend the lobby's updated look to all the residential floors (2011, on-hold).
  • Henry's Prime Steak House (Menlo Park, CA): Established look and feel for quick-turn around project including sourcing all lighting, artwork, flooring, paint and accessories.
  • Pacific Edge Restaurant (Hyatt Carmel Highland, Carmel, CA): Working with the architect, Charles Thompson AIA, established color and style direction, sourced seating and fabrics, created specification binder and presentation materials for meeting with Hyatt Hotels.
  • Gingergrass Restaurant (Los Angeles, CA): Developed initial schemes and sketches used in the prospectus materials with early stage investors.
