Services and Fee Structure

1.  Hourly fee only.  If your needs include assistance in remodeling or new construction, from tile selection to color consultation, this may be the service for you.  In this scenerio you may already have started sourcing finishes and need help "pulling everything together" or need help finding a source for a desired item.  We can review architectural plans taking into consideration furniture placement and usage of the space.

2.  Hourly fee plus mark-up on purchased items.  If you are looking for a turn-key package this may be the service for you.  After meeting we develop plans and, upon approval, we organize purchasing, deal with any details and schedule delivery and placement.  We can even coordinate removal of old items as needed.

3.  As needed.  We pride ourselves on being flexible.  Perhaps there is a service that you need that we haven't thought of.  Let's talk and we'll see what we can do.
